The Community Services Commission makes recommendations to the city manager and/or city council with respect to matters affecting and relating to telecommunications, cable communications, refuse collection, recycling programs, transit, environmental quality, and public utility services within the city, and to serve as a hearing board for any subscriber complaints.  

Due to the lack of a quorum, there will not be a Duarte Community Services Commission on Wednesday, July 11, 2007.
