The City of Duarte
Community Development Department is responsible for the safe and orderly
development of the community and the maintenance of the City's streets and
public infrastructure. The five divisions that make up the Community Development
Department provide a variety of services that enhances the community. The
divisions and their roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Planning
- Building &
Safety
- Redevelopment
- Engineering/Public
Works
- Field Services
The Community
Development Department is available to assist you with your questions regarding
any of the above topics. Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday
from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our office is closed on Fridays, however, you may
schedule inspections for Fridays.
