Transit Division

Welcome Riders!

The bus lines of Foothill Transit, Metro and Duarte itself service the City of Duarte. We have community connections available on both routes and currently have a ridership of more than 24,400 per month.

Since 1984, Duarte Transit has operated as a free fixed route bus system. The bus system is paid by a 2 cents sales tax surcharge, approved by LA County voters.

The Green Route buses travel in a counterclockwise direction around the City and the Blue Route travels clockwise, each complete the route once every hour.

The Green and Blue route both have stops available connecting to the Gold Line Station. View our Transit Schedule for maps and timetables. Green Route (Stop No. 23 and 24) and Blue Route (Stop No. 11 and 12).

Scheduled times are approximate and may vary due to traffic patterns, weather, closures, etc.

Blue Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
