Filing a Claim



If you would like to submit a claim against the City of Duarte, please fill out a Claim Form and submit it to the Administrative Service's Department during regular business hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. For additional information, please call (626) 357-7931, ext 211.

For ADA related comments, concerns or complaints, members of the public should contact the City at the number above.  for a copy of the City's Complaint and Grievance procedure click here.
