Home Improvement Grant Program

The City of Duarte's Home Improvement Grant Program offers grants for the purpose of completing exterior improvements to eligible Duarte homes. Pre-applications are available in the Community Development Department located in City Hall March 2, 2009 through April 30, 2009.

The applicants that will be assisted for the upcoming application period will be determined using a lottery system. The process will give priority to properties that have never received a grant. Improvements that will be considered under the program include exterior painting, roof replacements or window replacements.
