Sheriff’s Temple Station Captain Fennel Welcomed in Duarte

Sheriff’s Temple Station’s new captain, Joseph F. Fennel, Jr., (center) was welcomed to the community at a recent Duarte City Council meeting. Joining in greeting Captain Fennel was Duarte Public Safety Director, Brian Villalobos and Duarte Sheriff’s Sub Station Sgt. Tony Haynes.
