CALIFORNIA AMERICAN WATER TO HOST COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE


ROSEMEAD, CA (January 24, 2011) – California American Water will hold three community open house and information sessions in each of its Los Angeles County service districts during the month of February.  Company representatives from customer service, conservation, rates, operations, water quality, engineering and external affairs will be available to answer questions and provide information about the services offered to customers.  In addition customers will be provided information about the company’s general rate case application (A. 10-07-007) for years 2012-2014 currently pending before the California Public Utilities Commission.

 

Customers will also be provided information regarding conservation programs and rebates they can take advantage of.  Free conservation kits with water saving devices including low-flow hose nozzles, sink aerators, shower heads and more will be available.

 

The community open houses will be held on the below dates and at the following locations:

SERVICE AREA: Baldwin Hills

WHEN:             Tuesday, February 1, 2011, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Customers are encouraged to attend a meeting in their local area to ask questions and share their thoughts with company representatives, who will be on hand.  The meetings are free and open to the public.
