Darrell J. George, City Manager

Darrell George, City Manager has been with the City of Duarte for nine years, this October. He is responsible for implementing the policies and direction set by the City Council, directing the activities of all departments, representing the City with outside agencies, and overseeing long-range organizational planning. Working for the City has brought new adventures for Darrell and staff has certainly come together to improve the community, accomplishing so much day in and day out. He also loves the small town feel of Duarte and admires how much people love their City.

In his spare time, Darrell enjoys wine tasting, relaxing at the beach, and watching sports. An interesting fact about Darrell is that he traveled across Europe before relocating to California, passing up an offer to work at a winery in France to become a graduate student at USC.

David F. Eoff IV, Associate Planner

Associate Planner, David Eoff has been with the City of Duarte for three years. He is primarily responsible for assisting the public with a variety residential and commercial projects as well as providing potential business owners with step-by-step information on how to help get their business started in Duarte. 

During his years of service, he has gained from the many wonderful learning opportunities presented by the City; especially benefiting from the great working environment.

Some of David’s best times outside of work are spending time with his family and friends, bicycling, and watching his favorite sports teams. Asides from that, he’s an avid bicyclist and enjoys riding through different cities.
