City Facility Rentals

The City of Duarte has the Community Center and Royal Oaks Park Building available for rent for private or non-profit functions.

Planning a wedding reception, party, or business meeting? Start by choosing the right place. Located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley, the Duarte Community Center offers the perfect setting for your business or social functions.

The Community Center facility can accommodate banquet-style seating for up to 150 guests. Audience style capacity is 200. The main room can be sectioned for workshops and simultaneous conference activities.

Our beautiful auditorium is equipped with a lighted stage, dance floor, commercial kitchen facility, lobby, and handicapped-accessible restrooms.

The Community Center is available to rent evenings and weekends. The staff is ready, willing and able to accommodate your needs. To schedule a viewing appointment or to have your questions answered, please call (626) 357-7931.

The Community Center also has a smaller meeting room available with a seating capacity of 25 people.

Outside, the Community Center boasts an attractive courtyard that forms an aesthetic backdrop for bridal and other photography.

Conveniently located one-half mile north of the Foothill Freeway (210) on Huntington Drive, the Community Center is centrally located.

Also available on a rental basis are lighted softball/baseball fields, lighted tennis courts, multi-purpose fields, lighted street/roller hockey rink, park restrooms, and the Duarte Fitness Center pools.
