Volunteer Opportunities

- Home Delivered Meals in Duarte – Urgent! Volunteers Needed for New Duarte Home Delivered Meals Route!
Volunteers Need to: Pick up meals from the Duarte Senior Center. Deliver meals to seniors in Duarte.
Availability Needed: One or more days per month, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays between 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must have own car, current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Who Should Volunteer: No special training needed. If you are good-natured, understanding and interested in helping other people – you are the right person!

Become a Mentor
A mentor is someone who, along with parents, provides young people with support, counsel, friendship, reinforcement and a positive role model. Learn more about mentoring opportunities through the City of Duarte Share Mentoring Program, local Duarte schools and the Santa Anita Family YMCA.
Become a Volunteer
Duarte’s Promise sponsors and collaborates on numerous community events on an annual basis including Groundhog Job Shadow Day, the Foothill Cities College Fair, Martin Luther King Jr. Beautification project, Cesar Chavez Volunteer Project and many more.
