Community Center, 1600 Huntington Drive

City of Duarte has the Community Center, Teen Center and Royal Oaks Park Building available for rent for private or non-profit functions.

Planning a wedding reception, party, or business meeting? Start by choosing the right place. Located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley, the Duarte Community Center offers the perfect setting for your business or social functions.

The Community Center facility can accommodate banquet-style seating for up to 150 guests. The main room can be sectioned for workshops and simultaneous conference activities.

Our beautiful auditorium is equipped with a lighted stage, dance floor, commercial kitchen facility, lobby, and handicapped-accessible restrooms.

The Community Center is available to rent evenings and weekends. The staff is ready, willing and able to accommodate your needs. To schedule a viewing appointment or to have your questions answered, please call (626) 357-7931.

The Community Center also has a smaller meeting room available with a seating capacity of 25 people.

Outside, the Community Center boasts an attractive courtyard that forms an aesthetic backdrop for bridal and other photography.

Conveniently located one-half mile north of the Foothill Freeway (210) on Huntington Drive, the Community Center is centrally located.

Duarte Teen Center

1400 Buena Vista Street

The Teen Center is now available to rent for parties, events and activities on Saturdays and Sundays. This is the perfect setting for a birthday party or a fun meeting! Renters will be able to enjoy a game room with pool tables, foosball, Ping-Pong, arcade games, a wide screen TV and a large outdoor patio with gas barbecue grill. Also included is a 60 person capacity multi-purpose meeting room, perfect for retreats, meetings, or parties. Take your event to another level!

Royal Oaks Park Building

This recently restored beautiful facility has an 80-person capacity and includes AC/Heating, a private restroom, and is located within the beautiful, tree shaded Royal Oaks Park that includes tennis and basketball courts and a large playground. This facility is perfect for birthdays, showers, meetings, and more.

Encanto Park and Royal Oaks Park

Picnic Gazebos

Gazebos at Royal Oaks and Encanto Parks are now available for rent. Small gazebos include a small barbecue grill, gazebo shelter and picnic table. One larger gazebo is located at the Royal Oaks Park Extension and includes a large gazebo shelter, two picnic tables and a dual picnic barbecue grill. These are perfect settings for a birthday party or picnic. Don’t get left without a spot for your event! Rent one or more gazebos now!

Also available on a rental basis are lighted softball/baseball fields, gazebos, lighted tennis courts, multi-purpose fields, lighted street/roller hockey rink, park restrooms, and the Duarte Fitness Center pools.
