Caltrans Announces Five-Day Closure of Westbound I-210 at San Gabriel River Bridge July 13-19

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces a five-day closure of westbound Interstate 210 (I-210) at the San Gabriel River Bridge in Irwindale for a bridge upgrade project partially funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB 1). Crews will divert traffic from westbound I-210 to eastbound I-210, which will be converted to three-lanes in both directions between Interstate 605 (I-605) and Irwindale Ave. during the closure.

Announcement of Provisional Appointment to Governing Board

On April 26, 2022, Jacqueline Ku, then member of the Governing Board of the Duarte Unified School District, filed notice with the Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools, resigning as a member of the Governing Board, effective April 30, 2022. At its regular meeting of May 12, 2022, the Board took action to follow the appointment procedure permitted by Education Code Section 5091 to fill the vacancy.
